Delivery & Returns

Standard dispatch times are 1-3 working days (Monday – Friday).

Unless otherwise stated, postage is FREE.

Royal Mail 48 service is used for all orders in which The Wee Craft Shed receives confirmation of delivery from Royal Mail on the day of delivery.

There are no extra delivery charges for areas within the UK that are not on the UK mainland.

Given the current situation with Covid-19, issues and delays may occur with Royal Mail and are out of our control.  These issues and delays are few and far between but Royal Mail are advising to wait at least 10 days after the estimated delivery date before contacting them. Therefore it would be appreciated if you waited 10 days before contacting us.

Missing and/or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

We will refund all goods up to 14 days from delivery. All goods must be in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

Your order number and the reason for returning your goods must be included.

If the goods are faulty, are incorrect or damaged, please email us immediately with pictures.

Unless the goods are faulty or damaged, the customer is responsible for return postage.
